If you select analysis pathways below the item "Begin the analysis from MSA" on POWER's homepage, you will see the page as below picture and are asked to set parameters of MSA, otherwise you will enter next page directly.

Ranges of parameters are described near them. If you beyond the ranges, a dialog jumps asking you to change the setting.

You can accept the default setting as well.

When finishing setting parameters, click the icon “Next” to enter next page.
